Rand Winburn's outrageous statements about the Roman Catholic Church are drawn from "historical sources" contaminated by anti-Catholic prejudice.

Within these "sources" there is also a compulsion to grossly exagerrate the offences of the Roman Catholic Church. No credible, objective, historical scholar would give any credence whatsover to the material referred to by Mr Winburn, in his crazy tirades.

A balanced perspective on history is needed. All Christian Churches have sins and atttudes of which they ought to be ashamed. However, people like Mr Winburn are totally without repentance, for that hatred and contempt which drips from his every word.

Try as they might, Roman Catholic apologists cannot erase the cruel anti-Christian history of their church. Whether it be the atrocities of the Crusades, the Papal pogroms against the Jews, the extermination of the Albigenses in Southern France, the implementation of torture by Papal decree, the centuries of inhumane persecutions and Inquisitions of true, innocent Christians, the centuries of sexual perversions and greed of the Popes, cardinals, bishops, priests, monks, and friars, the Holocaust led by Roman Catholic Adolf Hitler and his Catholic henchmen, the incredible silence of Pius XII in the face of evil, the subsequent aiding and abetting of Nazis' escapes by the Pope, monasteries and nunneries, the Lord has kept this knowledge preserved for the safety and warning of His people. We are to fear the punishment which awaits those who take the Mark of the Papal Beast, having no fellowship whatsoever with those who laugh in defiance at the Lord's prophetic Word.

Mr Winburn is so twisted in his bigotry that he is utterly beyond reason. Adolf Hitler despised the Catholic Church. What about the priests he herded into Dachau and Aushwitz? In Dauchau, there was a whole block of the death camp reserved for priests. I have been there and saw it!

Winburn is a perverse and fixated anti-Catholic. In him we clearly recognise the real 'Mark of the Beast' that he points to in others -for it is a blind, intransigent and savage hatred for his fellow human beings, that roars forth from his writings.

Winburn describes his website as "controversial - as was Jesus". Jesus was certainly controversial and He was uncompromising in His stand against 'religious' pharisees and crazed zealots - like Winburn and the rest. Jesus has nothing to do with the awesome hatred and spite of the Winburn's of this world who, thankfully, are not in the majority among Christians and whom God will confound and contradict Himself in the End.

Yet the divine Word of God states that the Lord placed HATRED not LOVE between the seed of the woman (Christ and His members) and the seed of the serpent (Satan, his vicar, the Antichrist and his members). Please re-read Genesis 3 and 4.

This sovereign hatred is a righteous hatred founded on love of righteousness and truth which actively opposes and exposes the workers of iniquity, who are of their father, the devil.

But in order to oppose and expose, warning the weaker brethren, the more mature saints must discern who is the enemy. This discernment is the gift of the Holy Spirit:

“And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him [the Antichrist], whose names ARE NOT written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. If any man have an ear, let him hear.”

God’s people through the centuries have graciously been given ears to hear and eyes to see the arch-enemy of the true Church. It is impossible for those to be saved, who continue to worship the papal Beast. Thus saith the Lord.

M. Sturgis wrote, “The seed of the Woman is the Church of Christ - all who are joined with Him in Faith, Hope and Love - united in the Holy Spirit. This of course includes faithful Catholic Christians. The seed of the devil is those filled with the spirit of this passing world - a contemptuous spirit.”

It is true that the true Church is united by one Lord, one faith and one baptism. However, it is not true that present-day faithful Roman Catholics comprise the true Church.

True Christians worship God in Spirit and truth. Bending the knee to your ceramic doll gods, as does the anti-Christian leader of your religion, lighting candles to your blind gods for a price, offering flowers which your gods cannot smell, leaving love notes containing prayer requests which your gods cannot see, whispering sweet nothings in ears which do not hear, kissing your gods’ cold lips which cannot kiss back, lifting up dead breaden gods to graven gods which also have no life, etc., is neither spiritual nor truthful. Rather, it proves the authority of the evil one to capture the minds and hearts of those under his power. It also proves the truth of the prophecy whereby the Lord Himself has promised to send a strong delusion to those who loved not the truth, that they would be damned in believing the lie.

A wistful, hopeful PJ Martin laments, “We too, as Catholics, look forward to praising that incomparable Lamb throughout all eternity.”

Tragically, that unfounded hope will never come to pass unless you lose your Catholic religious life, pick up your personal cross (not your crucifix), and follow the true Christ.

In order to lose your Catholic religious life many things will be required of you:

3. You must renounce your membership in the Roman Catholic Church, in whom there is no salvation, called the Mother of all Harlots by the sinless divine Spirit.

4. You must cease praying to the dead who neither hear your prayers nor answer them.

5. You must cease attending the bloodless sacrifice of the Mass which tramples underfoot the Spirit of grace, denying Christ’s finished, once for all, fleshly atonement.

6. You must trust only in the merits and righteousness of the true Christ of the Bible for your salvation.

8. You must live by every Word which proceeds from the mouth of God, not the mouths of demonic apparitions, or the decrees of the papal Antichrist.

9. You must renounce all traditions of men which contradict and oppose this Word.

10. You must confess the true Christ before your fellow Roman Catholics, giving them the true Gospel of justification by faith alone in Christ alone, the alone gift of God’s grace.

By so doing, you will be hated by your current friends and family, who hate the true Christ and His uncompromising truth, but you will gain a hundred-fold of true brothers and sisters for all eternity.
